After 29 March 2025, all IELTS tests in Viet Nam will transition entirely to a computer-based format. This change is designed to offer test takers a faster, more efficient, and streamlined testing experience, providing greater convenience and flexibility while upholding the trusted international quality and reliability of the IELTS exam.
Key benefits of IELTS on Computer:
- Flexible scheduling: Candidates can register just 1-2 days before the test and take it on any day of the week, making it easier to fit into their schedule.
- Faster results: Results are available within approximately 2 days, saving time and supporting timely planning for study, work, and immigration purposes.
- One Skill Retake: Candidates can retake a single skill to improve their scores, Listening, Speaking, Reading or Speaking - reducing costs and time compared to retaking the entire test. The One Skill Retake is available exclusively with IELTS on Computer.
- User-friendly interface: The IELTS on Computer test format features a simple and intuitive design, enabling candidates to focus fully on their performance for optimal results.
- Same test standards: IELTS on Computer and IELTS on Paper are identical in all four testing skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), ensuring fairness and adherence to international standards.
- Modern approach: Computer-based testing reflects the widespread use of technology today, creating a more professional testing environment.
