Meet our Aptis experts who will be leading the webinars
Aidan Holland has been working in English language teaching since 2004. He worked in Taiwan, Italy and the UK before settling in Spain where he started working for the British Council. Since then, Aidan has worked in a variety of roles at a local, national, regional and global level. Aidan has an MA in TEFL/SL from the University of Birmingham and is currently studying a second MA in Language Testing with Lancaster University.
Jon Kear is the Aptis ESOL Global Product Manager with previous experience as Exams Commercial Manager in British Council Portugal and Spain. Before moving to examinations management, Jon worked as an English teacher and examiner for nearly 20 years in Spain and Hong Kong.
Jon has extensive teacher and examiner training experience and holds an MA in English Teaching from the University of London.
Mark O’ Sullivan has been involved in ESL teaching since 2005 and has been working with the British Council since 2010. He currently works as an Assessment Consultant for the Global Assessment team and has been involved in several projects involving test development, learning design, teacher training courses and workshops, as well as large-scale assessment projects. He is currently studying for an MA in Language Testing at Lancaster University, and his research interests include studies in bilingual policy.
