If you are enrolled with a UK or other international university and you need to take your examinations, you can sit for your examinations at our premises.
How does it work?
- Get in touch with your university and register for your exam with them.
- Once your exam registration has been confirmed, submit your Invigilation Services Request application form along with your payment to us.
- You should submit your request to us at least one month before your exam.
How much will it cost?
Our costs include venue hire, invigilation charges, secure storage of question papers & scripts and courier charges. Our costs do not include the exam fees charged by your university. Please get in touch with your university to discuss their exam fees.
Normal examination hours are between 09.00 to 17.00 and are conducted on weekdays. Examinations held outside of this time and on weekends or public holidays will be charged differently. Please see our invigilation services fees list below for more information.
Information on the venue and time of your examinations will be emailed to you once your university has confirmed the details.
Special arrangements
If you require special arrangements, please get in touch with us at least eight weeks before submitting your application. Your university must approve of the special arrangements beforehand. You should include supporting medical documents.
