Shuttle buses depart from the Hanoi Opera House in central Hanoi to the British University Vietnam (BUV) on Days 2 and 3 of the conference (Sat 28 & Sun 29).
If you have NOT completed this form: Conference Shuttle Bus Form you will not be able to use the bus. We have limited capacity.
Shuttle buses will leave the Opera House from 6:40am.
On Saturday: Please arrive at the Opera House from 6:30am until 7:00am to board and depart in a timely manner.
On Sunday: Please arrive at the Opera House from 6:50am until 7:20am to board and depart in a timely manner.
If you are using your own transportation or taxi to get to BUV, please go to the main gate of the university, where there is drop off area and parking officials can help those with their own vehicle.
